Welcome to the official site of Saint-Petersburg River Yacht Club!
Saint-Petersburg River Yacht Club is the oldest yacht club of Russia starting his history in the middle of the 19-th century. Many events have happened during this period: glorious victories of the club sportsmen, famous cruises. The club location and name were varied (at the end of the soviet period the club was known as the Central Yacht Club).
Today's main aims of the Saint-Petersburg River Yacht Club are:
- marine culture and traditions preservation and popularisation;
- raising the level of crews' skills;
- promoting development of sailing sport and tourism.
The club organises and realises regattas, competitions, holidays, festivals, corporate events, weddings, banquets, excursions, cruises to Finland, Sweden, Germany and many other undertakings at the club territory and with assistance of the club fleet.
The fleet of the yacht club counts about 100 sailing yachts. There are Olympic champions, world and Europe champions among members of the yacht club. Everybody interested in sailing independently on age is welcome.

For many of us the yacht club has already become the way of life. We spend not only holidays, but also workdays here.
Renewal, launching and then sailing to the sea, and the only pity is we are don't live in California, where summer is everlasting!
